Colusa Indian Community Hand-in-Hand Learning Center is a new, state of the art facility open to all families residing and/or working in the Colusa County region. Our Learning Center provides a warm and nurturing environment, rich in early learning experiences for children.
Hand-in-Hand offers a Toddler Program for children 18-36 months old, a Preschool Program for children 3-5 years old, and a School Age Program for children from first grade until their 13th birthday.
Our staff is comprised of quality teachers. Hand-in-Hand’s teaching team is made up of Early Childhood Professionals who meet and/or exceed the state requirements. It is our goal, at Hand-in-Hand, to maintain a great teaching team. We pay above average salaries and offer great benefits to our employees. Hand-in-Hand provides breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack for our full day programs. Our School Age Program offers an afternoon snack during the school year. Our summer program provides breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack for the school age children.
We serve our meals family style. Each child is given the opportunity to serve themselves. We encourage a healthy and balanced diet, with an emphasis on making healthy life style choices for life long health and well being.
