Muds are designed to be liberally massaged

Herbal Hibernation Wrap
A delicious herbal experience that detoxifies
your entire body.  First, a fleece sheet is soaked in
an aromatic fusion of allspice, lavender, calendula
petals, clove, eucalyptus, ginger root and rosemary.

are warmed for up to 20 minutes, ending with an
