Membership Information

Join us at Colusa’s premier health club - here for your mind, body and spirit.  We offer several different membership types, choose one that is just right for you…

Select a month-to-month membership or a prepaid membership.  For a month-to-month membership, you pay an enrollment fee, first and last months dues; then your monthly dues begin the first of the following month; they are automatically deducted from your checking account, savings account or Visa or Mastercard.

Our prepaid memberships are prepaid for a minimum of three (3) months.  You pay an enrollment fee and three months of membership dues upon enrolling.  If you select to prepay for a one year membership, your will receive two (2) months free.  You will pay an enrollment fee and twelve months of membership dues, for your 14 month membership.

*Family Rate applies to families of four, for each additional family member, monthly dues are increased by $10.00.

Corporate Memberships – Must maintain five memberships from your business to qualify. Bring your id badge or proof of employment.

Corporate Kids Membership Rate (One parent and children under the age of 17)
Monthly Dues – $50.00 one parent and one child
Monthly Dues – $60.00 one parent and two children
Monthly Dues – $70.00 one parent and three children
Enrollment Fee $50.00

Additional Information and Fee Schedule

Reinstatement Fee:  A reinstatement fee of $50.00 will be charged to reactivate any cancelled or terminated membership.  If a membership is cancelled or terminated for a period longer than six (6) months, a new enrollment fee will apply.

Membership Card Replacement:  A membership card replacement fee of $10.00 will be charged for any lost, broken or stolen membership card.

Transfer Fee:  A transfer fee of $25.00 will be charged to change from one membership type to another membership type.

Teen Training:  It is mandatory for all teens between the ages of 14 and 17 to complete a teen training prior to using the exercise equipment.  All teens will be charged a “one-time” teen training fee of $20.00 per person.

Three Month Membership – Any membership qualifies
Enrollment fee plus three months dues paid in full at time of enrollment.

Six Month Membership – Corporate and student memberships do not qualify
Enrollment fee plus six months dues paid in full at time of enrollment.
