Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)


Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the departments and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.


Director of Human Resources (Full-Time)


Plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.


Custodian (Full-Time) ($200 Hiring Incentive)


Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the Tribal community buildings.


Substitute Teacher (Temporary) (Part-Time)


Cares for and educates children as part of a teaching team under the supervision of a Teacher II. Is willing to fulfill the responsibilities of the position in accordance with the Early Learning Center’s philosophy.


Optometrist (Full-Time)


Plan, organize, develop, administer, direct, and supervises Optometry services in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times. Effective supervisory skills are needed, along with good communication skills for departmental and interdepartmental relationships. The individual in this position must have initiative, be innovative, and possess a sense of responsibility, integrity and sound judgement.


Physical Therapist (Full-Time)


Plan, organize, develop, administer, direct, and supervises Physical Therapy services in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, regulations, and guidelines to ensure the highest degree of quality care is rendered at all times. Effective supervisory skills are needed, along with good communication skills for departmental and interdepartmental relationships. Executive Affairs Manager (Full-Time)


Provides direct administrative assistance to the Tribal Elected Officials. The Executive Affairs Manager shall, under the direct supervision of the Chairman and/or his designee, work diligently to organize and assist the Chairman and/or Executive Committee in work-related duties.


Observation Tech (Full-Time)


Ensures the security and safety of guests, employees, cash and physical assets of the Colusa Casino & Bingo and its properties, by installing and maintaining appropriate camera coverage.


Lead Rice Farm Equipment Operator (Full-Time)


Oversight and responsibility for supervising farm employees and to insure that all farm equipment is operational and working to meet the needs of the farming operation.  (Mechanic for farm operations).


Tribal Patrol Liaison I (Full-Time)


Responsible for patrolling all Tribal lands including rented, leased and owned. Knowledgeable of all tribal properties and the rules and guidelines set by the Colusa Indian Community Council. Patrol areas to prevent and discover crime and to enforce the protection of all individuals and assets on any and all tribal lands.


Surveyor (Full-Time)


Reviews survey maps and documents for technical correctness and compliance with federal, state and local regulations, plot surveying, line surveying utilizing GPS and other advance technologies.


Surveyor/Draftsman (Full-Time)


Reviews survey maps and documents for technical correctness and compliance with federal, state and local regulations, plot surveying, line surveying utilizing GPS and other advance technologies. Design and draft assigned projects to ensure that said project conforms to construction standards and professional requirements of the job.

Drug Testing

Colusa Indian Community Council, in compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act, is committed to maintain a workplace free of drugs and alcohol.
